Yes! We are now offering free three day shipping on all orders over $50. (Orders to Hawaii or Alaska may take a bit longer.)

These are the shipping methods we use:

Usually, it's not because your card is bad or maxed out. Check these things:

1) The CVV code appears on the back of Mastercard and Visa cards and is a three digit number. On American Express cards, it is four digits and appears on the front.

2) The billing address you give MUST match the address you receive your credit card statements at. If they don't match, we cannot process the charge. This is unfortunately necessary to prevent fraud.

3) If you are using a gift card, you may have to activate it before using it for online orders. Check the back of the card for instructions.

Often the same business day. You will receive an email notification containing a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

"Standard shipping" usually means FedEx 3 Day, or USPS Priority Mail for PO boxes. Small, light orders (under 13 ounces) will ship USPS First Class. If you've ordered elsewhere before, you're likely to be surprised how quickly we get your toys to you.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please verify that the items you will be shipped are what you meant to order. Once your order ships, you are responsible for payment on those products.

All defective items may be exchanged for an identical replacement item. CONTACT US before returning anything; do not mail it to the originating address or you will not receive credit.

The following refers to non-defective items.

Can I return it?

The restocking fee is non-negotiable. Returned non-defective items must arrive at our warehouse in restockable condition -- this means they should look brand-new and be unopened. If the packaging is damaged, we cannot credit you for the items.

In the event of a package being returned to us as undeliverable, you will be credited for the items but not the shipping. Packages refused on delivery may result in you being charged a restocking fee.

All our products ship in plain brown boxes or mailers, and for a return address will only have "Shipping Department" and the street address of the warehouse they shipped from. Nowhere on the box will it indicate what it contains -- that's your business and nobody else's!

Your credit card will show a charge from "JESTERTRAD".

Our privacy policy is very simple: we will never use any information you give us for anything except shipping your order to you.

You'll never get a promotional email from us (if you'd like to see promotions, join our Facebook page or subscribe to our Twitter feed). You'll never get a flyer mailed to your house, and you sure won't get one from another company that we sell your address to.

The only way we will ever divulge any of your personal information is if we are required to by state or federal law -- and that's unlikely to happen unless you're here shopping with someone else's credit card. (Please don't do that.)

At the moment, we are only required by law to charge sales tax to residents of Washington state.

Your card will show a charge from "JESTERTRAD". The name BatteryBliss.com will not appear on your package or your credit card statement.

Wherever you are thinking we may not ship -- wherever you think people could not possibly order sex toys -- we do. Our top fifteen states for orders (from most to fewest) are:

California, New York, Texas, Washington, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia.

We ship to all fifty states including Alaska and Hawaii. However, it is not always possible to get orders to AK and HI within three days, and we are sometimes forced to use regular ground shipping.

We do not currently ship outside the United States except for US military personnel serving overseas. Mail to APO addresses will be sent using Priority Mail.

We most certainly do. Our options are limited for shipping to them; UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. But the US Mail does, and that is what we will use to get your items there.

We are able to have lower prices than brick and mortar retail stores because it's cheaper to run servers than it is to rent buildings. We are also able to get good pricing and discounts by dealing direct with distributors, and we pass those savings along to you.

We NEVER sell knockoffs or imitation products. Everything on sale here is 100% genuine, purchased from the most reputable US distributors in the business.

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to US addresses. One of our goals is to have fast delivery of products, and we've found that crossing international borders introduces unpredictable delays as it places us at the mercy of customs officials.

We may later expand into overseas markets by finding distributors in those countries, but there are no immediate plans to do so.

The good people of Alabama (or their legislature, anyway) have decided that they don't want any sex toys sold in their state.

We're not lawyers, and can't give you legal advice. What we can tell you is that if you buy one of our products and attempt to resell it in Alabama, you could get yourself in a bunch of trouble. Please don't.

As far as we can tell, if you are buying something for your personal use from an out of state source, you should be okay.

None of our products will ever ship from inside Alabama, at least as long as this law stands.
